1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Education4All website or Android app ("Service"), you agree to these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. License to Use the App

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app and website for personal, non-commercial educational use, subject to these Terms. You must not copy, reverse engineer, modify, distribute, or resell any part of the Service except where law permits.

3. User Conduct Rules

• Use the Service only for lawful purposes.
• Do not upload, post, or share harmful, abusive, infringing, or misleading content.
• Do not attempt unauthorized access, scraping, malware injection, or disruption of the Service.
• Do not violate intellectual property rights of Education4All or third parties.
• Do not misuse quizzes, exams, comments, or any community features (if enabled).

4. Account Rules, Suspension and Deletion

If account features are enabled, you are responsible for maintaining account confidentiality and for all activity under your account. We may suspend, restrict, or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, legal requirements, or platform rules. You may request account deletion by contacting myright@education4all.in. We may retain certain records where required by law or legitimate business purposes.

5. In-app Purchases and Subscriptions

• If paid features, subscriptions, or in-app purchases are offered, billing is processed through the applicable app store/payment provider.
• Prices, plans, free trials, and renewal terms are shown at purchase time and may change prospectively.
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled before the renewal date through your app store account settings.
• Refunds are governed by the app store or payment provider policy unless otherwise required by law.
• We may modify or discontinue paid offerings with reasonable notice where possible.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, text, graphics, quizzes, and educational materials in the Service are owned by or licensed to Education4All, unless stated otherwise. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

7. Service Availability and Changes

We may update, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time to improve quality, security, or compliance. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

8. Termination Clause

These Terms remain in effect until terminated by you or us. We may terminate or suspend access immediately for breach of Terms, fraud, legal risk, or abuse. Upon termination, your license ends and you must stop using the Service.

9. Liability Limitation

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind. Education4All and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, profits, or opportunities arising from use of the Service.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts having jurisdiction in India will have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes, subject to applicable consumer protection laws.

11. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with a revised Effective date. Continued use after changes means acceptance of updated Terms.
